French dancer Marie-Caroline Hominal wears ainsley-t plug pumps for her new performance ‘Patricia poses by the pop machine’ which held its first performances at the Festival de Genève earlier this month. The five-hour show features dancer submerged in a sea of pop-corn: “Lying in front of a popcorn machine, Marie-Caroline Hominal lets herself be immersed by its contents. A Dadaist and sensual performance in which the consumption of real images and the consumption of food collide.”
